DELIVERY IN THE UAE
Standard delivery is AED20 and takes 1-2 days. shipping is free if your shopping cart is AED400 and above.
 
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
If your country does not appear in our shipping list at checkout please email info@house-of-flair.com and we will arrange a quote for you.
 
Please note that items may be subject to local import duties, customs and taxes in the country of import. All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs duties or taxes are not payable by House of Flair
 
House of Flair will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
 
RETURNS
We accept exchanges or returns within 24hours of purchase which must be supported by a proof of payment.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • Exchanges and returns can be used against full refund or alternative items to the same value.

  • No exchange or refund will be accepted on special orders, sale items or gift card.

  • VAT and original shipping cost will not be refunded.

Shipping costs incurred when returning items are your responsibility. When returning from outside of the UAE please clearly mark the package as a return to avoid customs delays and charges
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Returns will not be accepted if items have been used or unpacked. 
 
Exchanges can be used against another product or can be turned into store credit which has to be used within 3 months.

REFUNDS – DAMAGES
We offer refunds on all merchandise damaged during delivery. If you do receive a package with a damaged item please take a photo of both the damaged item and the damaged packaging it came in. Send us your complaint and photos within 24 hours after delivery 


GENERAL CONDITIONS
All of our products are handmade by our artisans, each piece is unique and hand-made, variations in colours, visible joints or uneven surfaces are not considered faulty.
 
PAYMENTS
We offer the following payment options are:
- Credit card through Stripe portal for Visa & MasterCard.
- Apple Pay
- Cash on Delivery (COD) on collection at our showroom.
All sales prices mentioned on our website are in UAE dirhams (AED) and include a 5%VAT.
