DELIVERY IN THE UAE
Standard delivery costs AED 20 and takes 1–2 days. Delivery is complimentary on orders of AED 400 or more.

 
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

If your country does not appear in the shipping options at checkout, please email info@house-of-flair.com and we will provide a shipping quote.

International orders may be subject to local import duties, customs fees and taxes. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not covered by House of Flair.

In accordance with applicable laws, House of Flair does not ship to countries subject to sanctions or trade restrictions.

RETURNS

We accept return or exchange requests within 24 hours of delivery. To arrange a return, please email info@house-of-flair.com and provide proof of purchase.

Items must be unused, unopened and returned in their original packaging and condition.

Approved returns may be refunded to the original payment method, exchanged for another item of the same value, or issued as store credit valid for three months.

Any non-refundable payment processing fees charged on the original transaction may be deducted from the refund amount. Original delivery charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Sale items, special orders and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

For international returns, please clearly mark the parcel as “Returned Goods” to help avoid customs delays or additional charges.

Damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied items will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

All of our products are handmade by our artisans, each piece is unique and hand-made, variations in colours, visible joints or uneven surfaces are not considered faulty.
 
PAYMENTS
We offer the following payment options are:
- Credit card through Stripe portal for Visa & MasterCard.
- Apple Pay
- Cash on Delivery (COD) on collection at our showroom.
All sales prices mentioned on our website are in UAE dirhams (AED) and include a 5%VAT.
