Shipping & Returns
DELIVERY IN DUBAI
Standard delivery is AED20 and takes 1-2 days. shipping is free if your shopping cart is AED400 and above.
DELIVERY IN ABU DHABI
Standard delivery is AED25 and takes 2-3 days. shipping is free if your shopping cart is AED500 and above.
Once your order has been approved and your package is ready to leave our warehouse, you will either receive a text message or an email from one of our team member to arrange a delivery at your convenience.
DELIVERY IN SAUDI ARABIA
Riyadh : Standard delivery is AED150 and takes 5-7 business days.
Rest of Saudi Arabia : Standard delivery is AED150 per 10 kilo and takes 5-7 business days.

International shipping is available and can be quoted upon receiving the list of items you wish to purchase. please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your list so we can provide you with rates and shipping options depending on your location.
House of Flair will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
We accept exchanges or returns within 24hours of purchase which must be supported by a proof of payment.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
Exchanges and returns can be used against full refund or alternative items to the same value.
No exchange or refund will be accepted on special orders, sale items or gift card.
VAT and original shipping cost will not be refunded.
Shipping costs incurred when returning items are your responsibility. When returning from outside of the UAE please clearly mark the package as a return to avoid customs delays and charges
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Returns will not be accepted if items have been used or unpacked.
Exchanges can be used against another product or can be turned into store credit which has to be used within 3 months.

REFUNDS – DAMAGES
We offer refunds on all merchandise damaged during delivery. If you do receive a package with a damaged item please take a photo of both the damaged item and the damaged packaging it came in. Send us your complaint and photos within 24 hours after delivery
All of our products are handmade by our artisans, each piece is unique and hand-made, variations in colours, visible joints or uneven surfaces are not considered faulty.
We offer the following payment options are:

- Apple Pay
- Cash on Delivery (COD) on collection at our showroom.
All sales prices mentioned on our website are in UAE dirhams (AED) and include a 5%VAT.
